We're looking for aforward-thinking Content Manager/Strategist to lead our content initiatives,ensuring they contribute significantly to our growth and brand presence. Thisrole requires a blend of strategic planning, editorial oversight, and cross-functionalcollaboration to develop and execute content that resonates with our audiencewhile supporting our business objectives.
· StrategicPlanning: Definethe editorial calendar and roadmap in close collaboration with our Growth team,establishing a content planning process that aligns with our overall marketingstrategy.
· ContentDevelopment: Work alongsidethe team to identify compelling content themes and pillars. Play a key role inthe publishing and modification of content across both online and offlinechannels to foster engagement and brand loyalty.
· ObjectiveSetting: Clearlydefine, implement, and communicate quarterly and annual objectives foreditorial and content marketing initiatives.
· Analyticsand Benchmarking: Analysewebsite traffic and user engagement metrics to provide actionable insights.Establish benchmarks, goals, and KPIs to measure the success of contentmarketing efforts.
· Cross-functionalCollaboration: Workclosely with cross-functional teams to ensure content is strategically alignedwith business objectives, brand identity, and user needs, while also beingoptimised for search engines (SEO) and app stores (ASO).
· CRMCommunications: Overseethe development of CRM strategies to foster customer engagement, retention, andloyalty through personalised communication efforts.
· OnsiteCopy & Merchandising Management: Ensure that all onsite copy is current,compelling, and optimised to enhance user experience and conversion rates.
· ContentDistribution: Managethe distribution of content across various online channels and social mediaplatforms to increase organic traffic and user engagement.
· Market Trends & Consumer Preferences: Stay abreast of the latestcontent trends and digital marketing innovations, adapting our strategy tomaintain a competitive edge and meet evolving consumer expectations.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s degree in Marketing,Communications, English, Journalism, or related field.
· 3-4 years experience in contentstrategy, copywriting, and digital marketing, with a portfolio demonstratingdiverse content creation.
· Understanding of SEO, contentmarketing metrics, and user engagement analytics.
· Experience with contentmanagement systems, social media platforms, and analytics tools.
· Excellent writing, editing, andproofreading skills.
· Strong project managementabilities, capable of leading multiple projects under tight deadlines.
· Exceptional communication andcollaboration skills, able to work effectively across teams.
- Fully remote role or hybrid, if you want to enjoy and meet the team in our office in Dublin 16 will be happy to meet you! But if you want to avoid long commutes, we support it.
- 23 days annual leave + an additional day’s annual leave for each complete year worked subject to a maximum of 25 days per year!
